After a successful launch in November, F.A.O. presents Street Casuals is back with the second launch. If you’ve visited the store in the past you’ll know we’ve been planning and working on getting the upstairs open and that time has finally arrived.
The launch of the upstairs is doubling up as a pre-event and will all be kicking off on 7th March 2013
at 18:00 and carrying on through till around 21:00 when we hope everyone will chip over to Buffalo to carry on the night.
We’ll be welcoming along Bailey who will be laying down 90 minute set, as well as favourites from the newly named F.A.O. Collective.

Bailey is a 22 year old producer from the big town of Brighton.
With only 4 months of this project being alive he has already gained recognition from the likes of Radio 1, Karma Kid, Capital FM and many of the big name YouTube promotional channels such as:
subsoul, Eton Messy & Majestic.
Add to all that giveaways, competitions and few beers and we should have a decent in-store party.
The upstairs will consist of an all new trainer and bag wall along with more space, meaning more
clothing. S/S 13 drops are coming in thick and fast and we have drops from store favourites such as:

We are very proud to announce the opening of our first bricks and mortar streetwear boutique in Cardiff.
Situated in the Morgan Arcade, a brilliant old Victorian Arcade in the centre of town with fantastic architectural features. The arcade is well known and includes retailers such as Fred Perry, Pretty Green, Broken Girls Vintage and is also the home of Spiller’s Records, the oldest record shop in the world. Ideally situated opposite the entrance to the new St David’s Centre extension which has a footfall of 200,000 per week; Cardiff has a long history of great independent stores and the recent development of the St David’s centre has further boosted the draw of the city.
The shop fit design is by Sion Lane Workshop who’s clients include Nike, Aardman and a very famous Bristol artist. The shop fit is designed to compliment the original features of the shop and uses clean modern materials.
The Morgan Arcade shop is a collaboration between Streetcasuals and Cardiff club promoters FAO who run a number of successful nights in the city and are at the forefront of a very buoyant music scene in the city. FAO are existing customers of Streetcasuals who were frustrated by the lack of streetwear available in the city. The synergy between the two brands was a perfect fit; to open the store and further develop both the scene’s in the city.
Streetcasuals will stock a selection of their existing brand portfolio including men’s brands such as Supremebeing, Obey, Libertine Libertine, Dunderdon, Milkcrate Athletics & Herschel with footwear from the likes of Asics, Clae, Supremebeing & Native. Ladies brands to be stocked will include Carhartt, Obey, Penfield & Dunderdon.
For the website it will be business as usual, running alongside the boutique.
